You can order your cab 24/7 and rely on our professionalism to drive you to your destination. We promise you peace of mind with every ride, especially with our brand new “Fixed prices” option that allow you to set the price before you order.
How does it work?
- Open the app
- Enter the pick-up address, or let the app locate you, then enter the destination address
- Enter date and time of pick-up. By default, you order a taxi right away.
- Choose the payment method (you can pay by credit card via the app or directly to the driver) - Visa, Mastercard or American Express
- Confirm your order and relax, we’re taking care of it
- At the end of your ride, you’ll be able to rate your driver and receive your receipt by email
-If you want to benefit from the “Fixed prices”, you can activate the option in the “Payments” section of the Menu of your app
-If you have a promo code, don’t hesitate to use it before you order
Are you at Brussels Airport or Brussels-South train station? A specific meeting point will appear when you order through the app.
